About

Hello, my name is Tanya Cameron. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance Coach and Certified Restorative Yoga Instructor. I provide one on one, on-line consultations specializing in Weight loss, Menopausal transition and Digestive health.

I started my wellness journey many years ago when I became a yoga teacher. Through teaching yoga I learnt the value of mindfulness and healthy eating and saw the benefits that movement provided for myself and my students. Then I personally started to struggle with digestive and sleep issues. At the time I couldn’t understand why these issues were happening and continued to happen. I was eating healthy and keeping active.

What was going on!

Little did I understand, I had hit my peri menopausal years and these were the first symptoms that my body was experiencing along with extra weight gain around the belly.

I started to dig deeper into the creation that is ‘us’ and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist so I could really understand how nutrition was playing a major part in our long-term health. I then incorporated the Metabolic Balance program and was fascinated how my body responded positively when I provided the right nutrition for me based on my unique blood values.

I became a restorative yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist and metabolic balance coach so that I could share the knowledge I had gained over the years with my clients.

4 Pillars of Wholeness Program

A holistic 24 week nutrition and lifestyle plan featuring the Metabolic Balance program to balance hormones, and incorporating mindfulness, movement and mindset to empower your complete sustainable lifestyle transformation.

The program is based on your personal profile including lifestyle, body measurements, medications, current health issues and an analysis of more than 30 of your unique blood values, all of which are used to develop an individualized wellness plan. The program features personalized support over 24 weeks which consists of on going, one on one, on-line consultations.
