As a trained Metabolic Balance coach and Registered Holistic Nutritionist I will guide you step by step through the 4 Phase Meal Plan to reach your specific goal(s) over a 6 month period.
Improper nutrition can cause metabolic and hormonal imbalances which may result in weight gain, insomnia, brain fog and other disorders. To achieve and maintain a healthy weight, your body requires specific nutrients. Bases on your personal profile; including measurements, medications, diseases and an analysis of more than 30 of your unique blood values, an individualized nutrition plan is developed for you.
The plan calms inflammation, support hormones, simulates enzymes and support weight loss if needed.

Individual Restorative Yoga Sessions
Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that supports the release of tension in areas of the body. We all can use time to relax, let go and de-stress. Holding on to negative energy also throws the body out of balance or if we are not aware, becomes our ‘normal’ with dis-ease becoming an everyday complaint.
Restorative yoga will allow your body and mind to gently open up, destress and reset. These customized personal sessions will cater to an individuals needs.
